How the Exchange Program works
A streamlined process designed for rapid response:
- Identification: The customer provides the part number and serial number of the required unit.
- Dispatch: MAS prepares and ships a fully overhauled, OEM-compliant exchange unit from available stock.
- Return: Upon installation, the replaced unit is returned to MAS for inspection and overhaul.
